Enjoy something different and try our Stuffed Veggie Jumbo Shells! We first produce our own spinach jumbo shells on our extruder machine. We buy garden fresh quality vegetables, which include red peppers, green peppers, carrots, celery and onions. We chop them up, mix them together with our own blend of herbs and spices and then stuff our pre-cooked spinach Jumbo Shells. We then cover them with Old Country’s zesty Tomato Herb Sauce and top it all off with some Mozzarella cheese.
The finished product creates another one of our specialty Vegetarian entrees. Each entree includes (5) stuffed shells.
