Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Agnolotti in Whole Wheat Pasta (Made with Certified Organic Whole Grain Whole Wheat Flour)

A Staff Favourite! If you’re looking for a healthy whole grain alternative to your regular pastas, this would be it. Spinach & Sun-Ripened Dried Tomatoes are only the start to this terrific tasting Agnolotti. We mix in Parmesan, creamy Ricotta, Mozzarella, Asiago and our own blend of herbs and spices. This superb filling is then wrapped in our whole wheat pasta shell. The pasta is made in part using Nunweiler’s Certified Organic whole grain whole wheat flour. As stated on their website, Nunweiler’s “whole grain flour is produced using a unique process which includes all of the bran and germ from the whole grain kernel. When refined white flour is milled, up to 80% of the essential vitamins and minerals are removed”.   The result is a healthy, tasty pasta meal!!
