This Grilled Veggie Lasagna is a Vegetarian delight. It actually tastes so good, it has become a favorite for all to enjoy! We buy garden fresh quality vegetables and chop them all by hand. We then brush them with a bit of olive oil and grill them to perfection. We layer these grilled veggies between our fresh pasta sheets and our own Zesty Tomato Herb sauce, add a touch of Parmesan and top it off with some mozzarella cheese. Try it out and Enjoy!!
