Your packaging was enticing enough for me to try your SMOKED SALMON LASAGNA on my last trip to WHOLE FOODS. I normally stay away from frozen entrees, particularly fish, as they are awful.
I cannot compliment you enough! This is the most delicious and fresh – homemade tasting dish I have ever had. I could easily put it on a plate and take credit for spending a great deal of time preparing it. The problem is, mine wouldn’t taste as good.
To also find out you are local is even more wonderful. You have a new steady customer & I will try your other product. Thank you so much for producing such a high quality entrée. You are an inspiration to your field. Just simply “The Best”.

We tried your product for the first time today and loved it. We heated it in a fry pan and added a small amount of cream & parmesan to finish it off. We’ll definitely be buying it again. We picked it up at Choices in South Surrey.

Great place to buy fresh pasta, their spinach fusilli, (rotini) is the BEST. We buy it in bulk and freeze it.

I had the butternut squash pasta with pesto sauce the night before the 2009 Royal Victoria Marathon. Gosh…it was sooooo good. I am going to get more soon. I hope that it is distributed to many grocers. It should be in Choices Markets.

I bought the garlic and parsley linguini and the alfredo sauce. I added some lightly cooked garlic and olive oil to the pasta before pouring the sauce. Best store bought pasta I have had in a long time. You have to watch fresh pasta as it boils because it goes from al dente to muy soggy in a few minutes. I found the price to be quite cheap for fresh ingredients. I will definitely buy more pasta and sauces.
